Design and 3D planning

Before anything is cut, we measure your home, plan the layout around how you cook and store, and show it to you in 3D. You approve the design and a written, itemised quote first. Nothing goes into production until both are signed off.

The site survey

We measure the room ourselves, even when a drawing already exists. Walls are rarely square and ceilings are rarely level, and a 15 mm error at design stage becomes a visible gap on site.

• Wall-to-wall dimensions at three heights, plus ceiling height and floor level
• Beams, ledges, ducts, windows, door swings and switchboards
• Existing water inlet, drain, gas line and electrical points
• Where the light falls, and where you stand while cooking

Planning around how you live

Two kitchens of the same size can work completely differently. We ask what you cook daily, who cooks, whether help works in the kitchen, how much dry storage you need, and where the heavy vessels go. The layout follows those answers.

What you see before you decide

• 3D views of the kitchen from the angles you actually stand in
• Finish and colour options shown against your room, not on a generic render
• The storage plan: what goes in which drawer, so nothing is left homeless
• Appliance positions with their cut-outs and service points marked

The quotation

Our quote lists each unit with its size, board, finish, hardware and accessories, plus what is not included. That is deliberate: an itemised quote can be compared with another one line by line, and it protects you from surprises when the invoice arrives.

Ask any supplier for the same. If a quote is a single lump sum, you cannot tell whether the price difference is the hardware, the board or the profit.

Revisions

What we bring to the first meeting

• Finish and board samples you can hold, not printed swatches
• Hardware samples: a drawer runner, a hinge and a lift-up you can operate
• Photographs of comparable projects at your budget level
• A checklist of the decisions that affect price, so nothing surprises you later

These are the ones that cost money or annoy people daily, and all of them are cheap to fix on a drawing.

Can I make changes after approving the design?

Before manufacturing, yes. Once panels are cut, changes mean remaking units, which costs time and money. That is why we ask you to check the storage plan and appliance list carefully at sign-off.

Do you design for a flat I have not taken possession of yet?

Yes. We work from the builder’s drawing first, then confirm every dimension on site after possession, before cutting.

Yes. Samples come to the meeting, or you can see the full library at our Andheri showroom.
